- • Device model, if useful, and the screen you were using
- • Booking ID only when it is already visible in the app
- • Issue category: sign-in, booking, messages, visit report, review, notifications, privacy/account, or safety incident
- • A short description without private contact details
Do not include
- • Verification codes, auth tokens, magic links, or push tokens
- • Full phone/email, private address, precise GPS, or payment card data
- • Private ID document links, chip IDs, vet contact, medication details, or someone else's message contents
Account and privacy
For data export, account deletion, or privacy-control problems, start in Privacy & Account Controls in the app. Support verifies account control and retention obligations before acting.
